At Coop & Co, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn't quite right, we're here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be unworn, unwashed, and unused
- Have all original tags attached
- Be in its original packaging
- Include proof of purchase
To begin a return, please email coopandcostore@outlook.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as unauthorized returns cannot be accepted.
Return Shipping
Unless your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
If your return is approved, we'll provide instructions on where to send your return.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, contact us within 7 days of delivery at coopandcostore@outlook.com and include photos of the issue.
We'll work quickly to make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Personalized or custom products
- Beauty and personal care items (if applicable)
If you're unsure whether your item qualifies for a return, please contact us before sending it back.
Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.
If you'd like a different size or style, simply return the eligible item and place a new order once your return has been approved.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you whether your refund has been approved.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process the refund.

European Union Orders
If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws. Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all original packaging and tags.
